It’s simple, flexible and affordable.  Job seekers register for free and provide detailed information about the type of job opportunities they are looking for.  Employers seeking skilled parents to fill a position are then linked to job seekers via our job matching service.

How it works

Step 1: Submit your job vacancy request via email. There is no obligation to proceed. 

Step 2: We contact you and provide a free consultation on how to source candidates and you choose the level of recruitment support you require.  

Step 3: The candidate search begins and we provide a short-list of resumes (if you decide to choose a shortlist/jobmatch service).  All you need to do is select your perfect candidate.

We charge employers under a flat fee or pay as you go arrangement, you select the option that suits your budget.  Advertise and source candidates from $295 + GST.
