Parental Leave Stay-in-Touch Service
A Service to help you manage your organisation's parental leave service

  Connect and Retain

Successfully transition parents back to work
Stay better connected with people on leave
Retain your talent

To ensure your employees experience a smooth transition to and from parental leave,  it’s vital to offer a ‘stay-in-touch’ service which allows you to continually communicate with employees at home.

‘Research shows that most parents who stay in touch with work while on leave come back to work sooner and are more loyal employees’.

Most employers want to offer some type of stay-in-touch program but often do not have the resources, processes, or expertise to implement one. By partnering with us to manage the process of parents leaving and returning, we can provide the hands-on support to managers and employees that is needed for a successful transition

  How it works:

We guide the employee to prepare for their parental leave and create a return to work plan;
We contact the employee’s manager to support him/her with the ‘stay-in-touch’ program and return to work process;
We contact the employee 3 months in advance of their return date to ensure they know the return to work process;
We set up a date to receive ‘return to work’ coaching as required. We answer any questions the employee may have and refer the person to HR where necessary;
We survey, report and track the returning employee which allows your organisation to measure the success of your parental leave program.

  Design your own program

We work with organisations to create a tailored ‘stay-in-touch’program to suit your needs. Our service is affordably priced on a per person basis.
