The role
We are looking for a Telemarketing Team Leader to join our Sales team and be responsible for managing our Telemarketers. This role involves:

• Recruiting, training and rostering the telemarketers, ensuring group and individual KPIs are met
• Analysis and reporting of results
• Coaching and mentoring the team

The requirements

• At least 1 year’s experience as a team leader in an outbound telemarketing role including rostering, recruiting and performance/ KPI management
• Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit, coach, mentor and develop team members
• Results focus – able to work in a fast-paced, service oriented environment
• Strong sales focus
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good time management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
