Step 2:
We search our database and advertise your self employment opportunity to parents registered for self employment alerts.
Step 3:
We can review and short-list the most suitable applicants and provide a screening summary. All you need to do is arrange the interview and select your perfect candidate!

There is a one off ‘set up’ cost of $79 plus GST per self employment advertisement upfront; this fee includes the following service:
We send a targeted email to parents registered for self employment opportunities
We promote the self employment opportunity in our fortnightly e-newsletter for up to 30 days
Dedicated mums@work recruitment consultant to manage your recruitment process
Business owners / Employers can elect to either have applications sent to them directly or mums@work can manage the application short-listing phase. We screen the resumes and telephone the candidates and provide a summary of the most suitable candidates and organise interviews as required. All you need to
do is conduct the interviews.
We charge a pay as you go fee of $95 per hour + GST for the short-listing, screening, reference checking and other recruitment administrative services. There is NO placement fee upon appointing the successful candidate.
