REVIEWS & FEEDBACK

This very detailed self-help guidebook covers many aspects of motherhood, fatherhood and parenthood including pregnancy, changing relationships, caring for yourself and your baby, life balance, health, and the many changes all new parents face. Rather than one author's perspective, this program is written by a team of experts and has been extensively roadtested by several Australian families and developed by the Parent-Infant Research Institute. The book is easy to follow, and the material is presented in digestible chunks as a mixture of practical information, background information, suggestions, examples and activities, all of which help with to understanding, evaluation, assessment and brainstorming. An excellent resource for any parent-to-be to have on hand.
