Make a list these organisations and short-list the top 3, 5 or 10 you would like to work for.

Contact your preferred organisations to find out what current job vacancies exist.

Send your resume to the appropriate contact person (usually this will be the HR department).

Follow up your application within a week to ensure it was received. Keep in regular contact to check if there are any openings (monthly).

Ask a friend – network your way into a new job by asking friends and past work colleagues if they can refer you.
Ask the working mums you know how they returned to the workforce and what tips they could offer you.
